Shipping Delivery Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.
For handmade ceramic products, extra 2–5 days may be needed for careful packing and quality inspection.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We provide worldwide shipping to most countries:
• US Domestic: 5–10 business days
• Canada / UK / Australia: 7–14 business days
• European Countries: 8–16 business days
• Other International Regions: 10–25 business days
Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather or local logistics issues, which are out of our control.
3. Shipping Cost
• Free standard shipping for all orders over $150.
• Flat rate shipping fee will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and total weight of items.
All shipping fees include basic packaging and handling cost.
4. Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees charged by your local customs office upon arrival.
We will mark the package with low commercial value to reduce your customs tax burden, but we cannot guarantee duty-free delivery.
5. Package Protection & Fragile Goods
All ceramic, porcelain and fragile craft items are packed with thick foam, bubble wrap and hard cartons to prevent breakage during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the outer box and broken items within 48 hours after receiving, and contact us for support.
6. Lost / Missing Packages
Once the order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.
If your tracking shows lost or undelivered after 30 days, please reach out to our customer service, we will assist you to file a claim with the logistics provider.
We are not liable for packages marked “delivered” by the courier system.
7. Shipping Address Reminder
Please double-check your shipping address (street, zip code, city, country) before payment.
We do not take responsibility for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address provided by buyers.
8. Partial Shipping
If you order multiple items, we may split your order into several packages for safer transport, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel.
